CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, and Polished Nickel Finishes: These finishes will naturally develop a milky-white tarnish over time, especially in humid areas like bathrooms. To maintain their appearance, periodically clean with a soft cloth and a mild solution of household ammonia. For heavy tarnish, use a metal polish to restore brightness.
- Unlacquered Brass Finish: This finish will naturally develop a patina. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. For heavy tarnish, a brass polish may be needed to brighten the surface.
- All Other Finishes: Simply wipe with a dry, soft cloth, and use a very mild soap if necessary.
- Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh chemicals, alcohol, and ammoniated products.

If you cancel your order within 6 hours to 12 hours, the item is in the process of being released from the warehouse. Cancellations are subject to an administration, processing and transaction fee (30% of the total order value). If you request a cancellation after 12 hours and your item is still in transit, we are unable to process the cancellation for you.

2. Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Material breakage or aging (not caused by human factors)

- Coating peeling or significant oxidation (under normal environmental conditions)
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

If the thickness is less than 16mm, you will need to carefully trim the screws to the appropriate length.
