RAVINTE® Furniture Hardware Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Ravinte cabinet hardware. To ensure your rights and satisfaction, we provide the following warranty policy:

1. Warranty Period

All our hardware come with a FIVE YEAR limited warranty from the date of purchase. If a hardware is found to be non-conforming, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustments.

2. Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Material breakage or aging (not caused by human factors)
  • Mechanical failures, such as stuck lock mechanisms or malfunctioning handles
  • Coating peeling or significant oxidation (under normal environmental conditions)

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or exposure to harsh environments (e.g., excessive humidity, corrosive substances)

Other exclusions include damage caused by installation, replacement or repair, as well as damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, negligence or exposure to corrosive environments. The use of any chemicals/leather conditioners etc. to alter the condition of the natural materials is not recommended as this is not covered by the warranty.

5. Additional Notes

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the damage falls outside the warranty coverage, we may offer repair or replacement services at an additional cost.

How do I maintain my door handles?

Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches or tarnishing.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We support returns/exchanges within a certain period if the product is unused and in original packaging. Check our return policy before purchasing.

Before making a return, refund or exchange, please make sure you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

30 Days No Reasons Returns and Refunds

If an item does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of arrival. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made for items delivered more than 30 days.

We accept returns of products shipped by us, as well as items that are defective due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Merchandise must be returned with proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same original packaging condition as when you received it.

All returns due to the quality of the product or wrong products shipped

Customer returns due to wrong product purchase or other non-quality reasons
—–The customer is required to send the product back within 30 days, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. RAVINTE® does not restrict the logistics method of sending back.

Several types of merchandise are not returnable:

  1. Products that have been used.
  2. Without complete accessories.

Other non-returnable items:
Products that affect our resale.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refund if package lost
  • Refund if items damaged
  • Refund if no delivery in 30 days

About 3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time (2-5 business days).

Canceling Order

You can cancel your order up to 100% within 6 hours of fthe day of purchase and receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel your order within 6 hours to 12 hours, the item is in the process of being released from the warehouse. Cancellations are subject to an administration, processing and transaction fee (30% of the total order value). If you request a cancellation after 12 hours and your item is still in transit, we are unable to process the cancellation for you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. There is no need to send the original product back for an exchange, we will resend you a brand new product. If you would like to exchange it for the same item or another product of the same price, please email support@ravinteofficial.com
